Zencovi is in early access. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed.
Plan, trial and billing
The Zencovi Benefits Desk is $199 per month per employer workspace. New workspaces can try Zencovi free for 14 days. No credit card is required for the trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends; if you do not subscribe, question answering pauses while your documents and settings stay in place. A paid subscription continues monthly until it is cancelled, and cancelling stops future charges from the next billing date.
Employee privacy
Employee questions are private from HR administrators. Zencovi shares a question with a human only after the employee is told what would be shared and gives permission. Employers agree not to attempt to circumvent this.
What Zencovi provides
Zencovi is a software tool that generates answers to benefits questions using documents an employer uploads and general benefits knowledge. Information provided is for general informational purposes and is not legal, tax or medical advice. Zencovi is not an insurance agency, law firm, medical provider or fiduciary.
AI answers can be wrong
Answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. Plan documents, carrier materials and your benefits team remain the authoritative source. Employers should keep a human review path in place, which the product supports through escalation.
Employer responsibilities
The employer is responsible for the documents it uploads, for having the right to upload them, for choosing which documents may be shared and with whom, and for telling its employees that the service is available and how it is used.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zencovi to submit unlawful content, to attempt to access another organization's workspace, or to upload sensitive personal or medical records that are not needed to explain a benefits plan.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product develops and will change the date on this page when we do. Either side may stop using or providing the service; on request we will delete the workspace and its data.
