One email address for every employee benefits question.
Zencovi answers from your plan documents, cites the source, and sends uncertain or sensitive questions to the right human—but only with the employee's permission.
The public demo uses fictional plan documents. Please do not include personal, medical or confidential information.
Employee asks
"I just got divorced — can I change my health plan now, or do I have to wait for open enrollment?"
Zencovi replies
Yes — divorce is a qualifying life event, so you can make changes without waiting for open enrollment. Your plan gives you 30 days from the date of the decree to update coverage.

Not sure? Zencovi asks the employee for permission before involving a human.
Finally, something in benefits that is actually simple.
Pick your email address, upload your documents, and that's it.
1. Pick your email address
Choose a company-specific Zencovi address such as acme@zencovi.com, or forward the benefits inbox you already use.
2. Upload your documents
Add SPDs, benefit summaries, carrier materials and other approved resources to your private workspace.
3. Let Zencovi handle the repetition
Employees email their question and get a plain-English answer with the source. Sensitive or uncertain questions stay private until the employee agrees to involve a human.
HR managers, business owners and benefits advisors get to spend their time on people and strategy instead of answering the same email for the twelfth time this month.
Read the detailed walkthroughFewer repetitive questions. More consistent answers.
Answers from your documents
Responses are grounded in the plan documents your organization uploads — not generic internet content.
The exact source, every time
Employees see which document and page an answer came from, so they can check it themselves.
Private employee conversations
HR cannot see who asked what. Analytics are de-identified totals and trends only.
Permission before a human is involved
When Zencovi is unsure, it explains exactly what would be shared and waits for the employee to say yes.
Built for the teams responsible for benefits

Why I built Zencovi
I'm Jonathan Massey. After eight years in employee benefits, working with hundreds of employer clients and handling more than $5 million in benefits billing, I kept seeing the same thing: HR managers and business owners buried in repetitive and sensitive email work.
I started Zencovi so employees can ask their questions privately, and so HR, business owners and benefits advisors can spend their time on the expert work only they can do.

Your plans and employee questions deserve careful handling.
Who can see your documents
Plan documents sit in a private store. Only signed-in members of your workspace can reach them, and only HR administrators can upload, change or delete them.
Employee questions are private
HR cannot read employee conversations or see who asked a particular question. Analytics are aggregate and de-identified.
Not used to train AI models
Your documents answer your organization's questions. They are not contributed to AI model training.
Permission-based escalation
Before anything reaches HR, the employee is told what would be shared and with whom, and can decline. Every decision is recorded.
What is kept from emails
Zencovi stores the question, the sender's email address and the answer, so a conversation stays coherent and analytics are accurate.
Deleting your data
HR can delete any uploaded document at any time, which removes the file and its indexed text. Full workspace deletion is handled on request.
