Acceptable use
These rules apply to everyone using Zencovi, including the public demo.
Use Zencovi for benefits questions
Zencovi is built to answer employee benefits questions using documents an employer uploads. Please keep questions and uploads related to that purpose.
Do not upload what you do not have the right to share
Only upload plan documents, summaries and carrier materials your organization is allowed to share with the employees who may receive them. Avoid uploading individual medical records or other sensitive personal files that are not needed to explain a plan.
Do not try to reach another organization's workspace
Each employer's documents and conversations are separated. Attempting to access another organization's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls is not permitted.
The public demo is a demonstration
The demo on our website answers from fictional documents. Please do not type personal, medical or confidential information into it, and do not use it for automated or high-volume requests. Demo usage is rate limited.
Do not misuse the answers
Zencovi answers are informational. Do not present them as legal, tax or medical advice, and do not rely on them for a benefits decision without checking the plan documents or your benefits team.
Unlawful or abusive content
Do not use Zencovi to send unlawful, harassing or deliberately misleading content, or to attempt to manipulate the assistant into producing it.
